Zetsubou No Shima: All Radio Locations

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3's Eclipse DLC is here, and we will help you find all five radios in Zetsubou No Shima.

The hidden radio-broadcasted messages that have become a staple for the Black Ops Zombies storyline return once again in Zetsubou No Shima, the newest Zombies map included in Black Ops 3’s Eclipse DLC pack. If you’re struggling to find the map’s five different radios, or if you just want to know what each radio says without having to find it for yourself, worry not. This guide is here to help you find all five radios in Zetsubou No Shima!

Radio #1

The first radio can be found down in the bunker, on a shadow-covered shelf across from the station where you assemble the KT-4 wonder weapon. If you turn your back to the KT-4 station, the radio is in the far corner to your right. When you hold down the “Activate” button (Square on the PlayStation 4 controller), you’ll hear a recording of Dr. Maxis in which he says the following:

“Reality itself is shifting… I find myself reflecting on memories I am no longer sure are my own. Beyond the window, I saw a wasteland stretching as far as the eye could see. I saw a scourge visited upon the Earth. I saw the children, withered before my eyes. That was before… before he came. Samantha has been returned to me once more, as have you Edward. As have you.”

The second radio is located in lab A, in the structure that doesn’t have a generator for turning on the temporary power. It can be found on a green chair next to a table (the table is also a spot where a bucket can spawn). Dr. Maxis continues his verbal narrative when this radio is used:

“He explained everything to me, he will explain everything to you. Though his very presence defied logic, defied reason, he told me that he would help. I could not refuse.”

The third radio can be found down in the bunker in the living quarters area. If you walk past the pool of purple Element 115 water, you’ll spot the radio on a shelf (it’s somewhat hard to see as it is shrouded in shadows). When you activate it, you’ll hear more narrative from Dr. Maxis:

“After so long in isolation, we have begun to believe that we are the only survivors of the catastrophic event that had shaped our lives. Supplies were beginning to run low, and I was forced to prepare for the worst outcome. Just as I feared we were truly alone, just as I feared the end was near, there was a knock at the door…”

Radio #4

This radio can be found in lab B. Head up the stairs to the second floor and turn immediately to the right when you enter the top floor room. The radio is on a small table just to the right of a boarded-up hole that zombies can crawl through. As with the previous radios, using this radio reveals more dialogue from Dr. Maxis:

“The siren has not sounded in many months. I am… confused by the changing world around me. I look at my hands, and they are not the hands I remember. The wrinkles, stains and liver spots that textured my skin have disappeared, as though time itself was unraveling against its natural order. Is this the end, or a new beginning?”

Radio #5

The fifth and final radio can be found where you land after you use the zip line. It’s inside a box on the ground, placed among a pile of bones. When used, it plays Dr. Maxis’s lengthiest monologue:

“You swore a promise to me, Edward. It may have been a long time ago, but I am sure you would not have forgotten. You swore to follow my instructions, to comply with my every order. You swore to enact whatever plan I conveyed to you, all in the hope that we could overcome some of the chaos that we ourselves have created. You have kept your word. However much it pains my heart, I owe it to you to confess. I’m sorry Edward, I have withheld certain truths from you.”
