All Black Ops 3 Multiplayer DLC Is Free On PC For A Limited Time

PC players can enjoy free DLC throughout the month of June.

Activision and Treyarch have kicked off a special event for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 which involves making the competitive multiplayer portions of all four of the game’s DLC packs entirely free for the next 30 days.

According to Treyarch, the free DLC event kicks off today and runs for the following 30 days. During that time, all PC Black Ops 3 players can play the competitive multiplayer contents of the game’s four DLC packs, even if they don’t already own them. These contents include a total of 16 new multiplayer maps (four per DLC pack), though players can opt out of the event if they prefer.

For players who already own the DLC maps, Treyarch is also activating double XP for the duration of the event. Players will earn double XP whenever they play on a map they already own, which means season pass owners will earn double XP on all DLC maps. Sadly, the new Zombies maps that are also included in the four DLC packs aren’t part of the free DLC event.
