Infinite Warfare's Grind Multiplayer Mode Ends March 3rd

There are still a few days to try it out.

Infinity Ward has introduced yet another new game mode to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer component as part of the game’s featured mode playlist. This time, it’s an interesting spin on Kill Confirmed entitled the “Grind” game mode.

The Grind game mode, which will be part of the featured playlist until Friday, March 3rd, is similar to Kill Confirmed with players being able to pick up tags dropped by opponents or “deny” the tags of their teammates by grabbing them before an enemy player can. However, similar to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’s Fracture mode, players must then “bank” any collected tags by bringing them to a specific point on the map.

If a player is killed while holding enemy tags, they’ll drop them in addition to the tag they drop for being killed. Interestingly enough, Grind actually made its debut back in the last Call of Duty game Infinity Ward released before Infinite Warfare, Call of Duty: Ghosts. A key difference, though, is that the Grind mode was only available in Call of Duty: Ghosts’ private matches and never in a public matchmaking playlist.

While Infinite Warfare may lose the Grind game mode on March 3rd, you still two solid days left to try it out before it disappears.
