Black Ops 3's Revelations Zombies Map Gets An Epic Introductory Trailer

Why the stakes have never been higher in Black Ops 3’s newest Zombies map.

Treyarch has released a new trailer which sets the stage for Black Ops 3’s fourth and final DLC Zombies map, Revelations. The new Zombies map will be part of the Salvation DLC pack which is set to launch on PlayStation 4 in early September. Despite rumors to the contrary, the Salvation DLC won’t be more Zombies-focused than previous DLC packs, though it will include the new Revelations map for Zombies that serves as the epic conclusion (or does it?) to the Black Ops 3 Zombies storyline.

As you can see in the above trailer, Revelations looks like it will be an even more bonkers experience than previous Zombies maps since players will have to deal with zombies, ancient alien beings, and the evil Shadowman himself. It also looks like the Revelations map will involve child versions of the mode’s four playable protagonists, something which was hinted at in a recent data leak.

The Revelations map will be part of the Black Ops 3 Salvation DLC when it launches on September 6th for PlayStation 4 (the DLC should arrive on the Xbox One and PC about a month later). Pre-ordering the Salvation DLC also grants access to an exclusive Revelations dynamic theme, and those who already own or purchase Black Ops 3’s Season Pass will get the theme as well.
